The Coronavirus pandemic is going on and everyone seems frustrated and exhausted every now and then in such a situation. In this tensed time, we need to be motivated and rigid to handle this era with complete faith in Almighty.
Seeking help from Al Shafi; the Healer
If you are tired of going to doctors, hospitals and worried to see all the sickening faces that make your heart shattered then simply remember Allah is Al Shafi, the Healer. It is one of the merciful names of Almighty Allah that gives us hope when we are lost in hard times.
Islamic history and patience
When we see all messengers’ life, we get towards a lesson that they all put their complete trust in Almighty. Ibrahim (AS) taught the lesson to seek help from the one Who is merciful of all, the Almighty.
“And when I am sick, He is the One who heals me.”
When we put complete trust and faith on Almighty, we will not need anyone in our lives to heal us and to provide benefit to us.
When we look upon the story of Ayub (AS), our eyes get wet with his unending patience and hope on Almighty Allah. Hazrat Ayub (AS) was exhausted by illness for several years that greatly scattered his wealth and family. That was the time when the most optimistic people had lost all hopes for his healing. But Ayub (AS) was an avid expectant of Allah’s reward. With the diseases, his body was withering and he turned his head and heart towards Allah and said:
“I have been touched by harm, and You are the Most Merciful of those who show mercy.”
His patience is most renowned in Islamic history and it was his patience that opened the doors of the heavens with his mercy.
The illness reminds us of many things
Allah has created us and, in any situation, He will not leave us. This is a firm trust that makes us keep going steadily. Through the illness, Allah reminds us that “return to me, just as I am the One who created you from nothing, I am the One who can remove this illness from your body.”
So whatever the sickness or shattering stages you are going through, keep in mind that ask mercy from Allah Who is in charge of our every breath. Another thing that we get from sickness is that our souls get to purification and brings us closer to Almighty. Al-Shafi is the name through which you experience Allah’s shade and understand how much you need His mercy.
He is Al-Shafi as
Almighty heals everyone
He cures you from all illness, heals everyone at every stage
Allah protects us every day and night
He heals you at every cause
He mends our hearts even we are the biggest sinners.
