Shipping & Delivery Timelines
Delivery timelines will vary by product. Since different products are stored in different supplier facilities, some items will ship faster than others.
It is not uncommon to receive multiple packages to fulfill your order.
Example Timelines:
- Ramadan Journals, Planners, Activity Books (5-10 business days to the US, Canada and UK. Up to 7-12 business days for the rest of the world)
- Designer Artwork & Calligraphy (7-12 business days for delivery worldwide)
- All other items (Please allow up to 9-15 Business days for delivery worldwide)
- Some items may be available for faster shipping, at a cost. Choose the expedited shipping option during checkout for faster delivery. This option will only be available for products that are eligible for expedited shipping.
International Shipping Customs, Duties & Taxes:
- Some countries charge customs, duties, and taxes. Duties and taxes may be due to the parcel carrier upon delivery. These fees will be assessed by the parcel carrier and should be paid by the order recipient.
- Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
International P.O. Box Shipping:
- We cannot ship to international PO Boxes. All international orders require a verifiable physical shipping address and we are unable able to ship through alternate couriers at this time.

- Our shipping partners do not ship to the following countries: Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Sierra Leone, Palestinian Territories, South Sudan, Myanmar, Crimea Ukraine, Cote d’Ivoire, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Liberia, Lebanon, Sudan, Belarus, Iraq, Zimbabwe, Syria
- Customs offices in some countries require the recipient (importer of record) to provide a particular form of identification before releasing a shipment. You may be required to provide an identification number such as a Unique Identification Number, CPF, or Tax ID.
- Countries that require an identification number include: Brazil, Chile, China, Ecuador, India, Israel, Peru, Qatar, South Africa, South Korea, Taiwan, and Turkey.
